Complete the right paperwork before you arrive at Arizona Cycle Park.
Every rider under 18 must have a parent present, or an appointed guardian or authorized adult carrying a notarized statement from the rider’s parents or legal guardian.
The responsible parent, legal guardian or authorized adult must remain at the facility while the minor participates and must be prepared to show proof of identity and guardianship.
Bring two notarized temporary-guardianship originals. Registration may retain one copy with the event waivers.

Print the required pages front and back on one sheet of paper. Stapled, glued or taped pages are not accepted.
If the parents or legal guardians will not be present, the required forms must be notarized.
Both parents or legal guardians must sign the applicable 2026 minor waiver.
An authorized adult must present the original notarized document at registration and remain onsite with the minor.
